Customers must provide accurate information when scheduling a delivery, including:

Right2U Logistics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Package Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all packages:

Are properly packaged and secured for transportation

Are accurately labeled

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Right2U Logistics reserves the right to refuse any shipment that is unsafe, improperly packaged, or prohibited.
4. Prohibited Items

6. Payment Terms

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
7. Liability and Insurance
Right2U Logistics takes reasonable care in handling all shipments. However, liability for loss or damage may be limited.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Right2U Logistics' liability for any shipment may be limited to the declared value of the shipment or a maximum amount determined by company policy.
Customers are encouraged to request additional insurance for high-value shipments.
8. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

Refusal of shipment
Additional delivery attempts or returns may result in additional service charges.
9. Warehousing and 3PL Services
Clients utilizing warehousing or third-party logistics services must ensure that all stored inventory complies with applicable laws and safety standards.
Right2U Logistics is not responsible for damages resulting from improper packaging, labeling, or undisclosed product conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
Right2U Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of profits resulting from delays or service interruptions.
11. Changes to Terms
Right2U Logistics reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
