Refund Policy

Right2U Logistics LLC is committed to providing reliable courier and logistics services. Because many of our services involve time-sensitive transportation and operational costs, this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. General Refund Policy

Payments made for courier, delivery, logistics, or warehousing services are generally non-refundable once a service request has been accepted, scheduled, or a driver has been dispatched.

Refunds are considered only in limited circumstances at the sole discretion of Right2U Logistics LLC.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The shipment has already been picked up or transported

  • A driver has been dispatched to the pickup location

  • Incorrect pickup or delivery information was provided by the customer

  • The recipient is unavailable or refuses the shipment

  • Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors outside our control

  • Packages that are improperly packaged or labeled by the customer

  • Customer cancellations after the service has already begun

Operational costs begin once a service is scheduled or dispatched, therefore these services are considered fulfilled.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Partial or full refunds may be considered if:

  • Right2U Logistics LLC is unable to complete the service due to an internal operational issue

  • A service request is cancelled before dispatch or driver assignment

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

Refund eligibility will be determined after review of the service request and circumstances.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a scheduled delivery prior to dispatch without penalty. Once a driver has been assigned or dispatched, cancellation fees may apply and refunds may not be issued.

5. Service Credits

In some cases, Right2U Logistics LLC may issue a service credit instead of a monetary refund. Service credits may be applied toward future deliveries or logistics services.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

7. Policy Updates

Right2U Logistics LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
